THE $10 INITIAL FEE IS THE DEPOSIT FOR SIMPLE 1 OR 2 PAGE NOTARIZATIONS AND WILL COVER 1 NOTARY STAMP. IF MORE THAN 1 STAMP NEEDED, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.   

If you have a mortgage package of any kind please choose the appropriate real estate related service; not separate notary stamps. If your item is not listed please give us a call.

We offer reliable and accurate notary services.  Your documents are guaranteed to be properly notarized at any time and place convenient for you. You can come to visit our office or we can come to you. A Notary's duty is to screen the signers of important documents — such as property deeds, wills, and powers of attorney — for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction. 

Please call ahead of time or make an appointment to assure there is a Notary in office if you plan to walk in. We are not guaranteed to be in the office.

We perform notarial duties as well as ID Proofing and I-9 for employment verification

For a successful appointment please have:

Valid ID (Cannot be expired, cannot be a copy or on your phone)

Documents to be notarized printed (do not sign)

Witness if needed (must have valid ID)

If we need to provide the witness, there is a fee of $25 per witness and you must have an appointment. 

Wherever you are (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Jails, Schools, Impound Lots and more) we can come to where you need us, choose mobile service. 

Mobile Service: We will travel to you! Need documents printed please let us know before appointment. We can help! Paid deposit includes drive up to 10 miles from office and one signature stamp (all other fees calculated and paid before service by invoice, at the time of service or over phone) We will call to verify information. Location chosen must be deemed safe or appointment will be cancelled and no refund given.

Before appointment please have:
Valid ID
Documents to be notarized (please don't sign until in front of notary)
All parties signing need to be present
Witness if needed (must have valid ID, additional fee if we provide witnesses)

For After Hours Services you must contact us for approval. You will be sent an invoice. Once invoice is paid your appointment will be scheduled.
