Process Server
A process server is a support role in the legal and court system. Process servers hand deliver official court and legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, complaints, and more to individuals involved in court cases.
As process servers we:
- Are honest about who we are
- Never impersonate law enforcement
- Leave any mail alone, even if it may show who currently resides at the property
- Stay off private property
We will make 4 attempts to serve
- Before 11am
- After 6 pm
- On a Saturday (Never Sunday, it's illegal)
- Any other day
We will document details of each attempt in writing and with photographs if possible. If we exhaust the attempts we will contact you and send you a report of our actions. There are NO REFUNDS.
Once served we will file paperwork with the court on your behalf. We will follow up with you and send any necessary documentation for your records.
**Process Server retrieving documents from the court on your behalf will incur an extra fee**
**If at any time our life is put in danger we will cease serve attempts, notify law enforcement and the person who hired us. NO REFUNDS
